Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items not in their original condition with tags attached
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at returns@hushandwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
• Returns that are lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Description of the issue
